Return Policy:
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To process a return, please send an email to jewelry@zeinaty.com, including your order number for further instructions.
Ensure that the item(s) being returned are in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, within the 14-day return window. Items sent outside this timeframe will be refused.
Kindly note that we do not provide free return labels, and the delivery fee for returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will match the original order payment, excluding delivery costs.
Earrings items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons and are also non-returnable.
Sales on discounted items are final, and no refunds will be issued. Damaged or visibly worn items cannot be accepted for return; they must be in a resealable condition.
Please be aware that we are unable to resend orders returned by the courier or international delivery partners. If your order is returned, you will be refunded the item total, excluding non-refundable delivery costs.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the item you wish to exchange.
For exchange inquiries, please email jewelry@zeinaty.com, including your order number.
Follow the same guidelines as for returns: send the item(s) in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We do not provide free exchange labels, and the delivery fee for items sent for exchange is the customer's responsibility. However, we will dispatch the new item for free via the courier.
Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or visibly worn items are not accepted for exchange; they must be in a resealable condition.
Faulty Goods:
If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at jewelry@zeinaty.com immediately, attaching an image of the item within 24 hours of receiving it.
If more than 24 hours have passed since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide assistance, and the products will be deemed as having been subjected to "misuse by the buyer."
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at jewelry@zeinaty.com.
Undelivered Parcels:
In the event of an undelivered parcel due to reasons like the recipient not being at home, inability to find a safe place, or unpaid customs tax (for international orders), the parcel will be returned to us.
Upon the parcel's return, we will issue a refund for the items, excluding non-refundable delivery charges. If you still desire the items, a new order must be created.
